We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Capital Projects team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require the successful candidate to have a strong background in project management, particularly in the design and delivery of capital projects.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of professionals to deliver capital projects from concept to completion
  • Developing and implementing project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other project team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Managing risks and issues, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and other external parties

In return for your expertise and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $149,428 to $165,645, plus 11.5% superannuation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree level qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or project management
  • At least 10-15 years operational experience in managing complex projects
  • Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders in a highly political environment
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in developing and implementing project management plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
