Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Risk Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this role is an integral part of our Credit and Risk Division.

The Risk Management Specialist will assist us to manage risk while implementing strategy for growth and sustainability, and designing and maintaining our Risk Management Framework.

  • Manage risk whilst implementing strategy for growth and sustainability.
  • Provide oversight and advice on risk across our organisation, including the design and maintenance of our risk management framework.
  • Act as a support to management and staff to build their understanding of Risk and how it applies to their roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in risk management in the finance industry, report design and preparation with analytical skills for interpreting and presenting, high-level written and verbal communication with stakeholders internal and external (including auditors/consultants), knowledge of relevant legislation and ability to translate into risk management processes.

They will also be committed to personal growth, act with integrity and accountability, and have fun along the way, celebrating success as one team.
