We are seeking an Imaging Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for booking medical imaging procedures, providing general preparation advice and billing information to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Book appointments for clinics across multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
  • Answer patient inquiries
  • Explain procedure preparation and billing information
  • Maintain Contact Centre KPIs
  • Liaise with referrers and clinic staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably contact centre experience or extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Good PC and system skills, with a reasonable typing speed and accuracy
  • Adaptable and open to receiving coaching/regular feedback

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday
