We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Services team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients/clients, consistent with the NSW Health policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/clients.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries in complex situations.
- Proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify key messages, issues, and concerns.
- Recent post-registration critical care experience in an acute care setting.
