Critical Care Specialist Position

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Emergency & Critical Care professional to join our experienced team of specialists.

This is a permanent role, working across a 3 day week including shared weekend roster. There will be an opportunity to work across our network, ensuring maximum case exposure.

To be considered for the position, you will need to:

  • Value a hospital culture of inclusivity, empathy and teamwork.
  • Be eligible to register as a veterinarian in New South Wales and be qualified as a specialist in Emergency & Critical Care, Fellow (ANZCVS) or Diplomate (ACVECC, ECVECC).
  • Applicants who have completed a residency training program in critical care and are eligible to sit a certification examination are strongly encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative environment, working in a multidisciplinary setting, whilst having the opportunity to draw on the knowledge and experience amongst the extensive network of specialists.

The role includes access to state-of-the-art facilities, including mechanical ventilators, high flow nasal oxygen, Intensibox oxygen cages, neonatal cribs, full service in-house laboratory and more.
