About the Job

We are looking for an extraordinary and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Store Manager. This role will see you working across two of our stores, based in Newtown (Geelong) and Barwon Heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and the ELK experience to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain a loyal customer base and actively build community connections
  • Outfitting, styling, upselling and on-selling our timeless range by engaging customers with aesthetic features and sustainable benefits
  • Share the responsibility of driving smooth and efficient store operations
  • Coach, mentor and elevate team members by consistently leading by example
  • Support store operations to ensure performance is efficient, productive and in line with expectations
  • Analyse store and team performance and recommend change for ongoing growth and development
  • Assist with the management of rosters
  • Merchandise and maintain store visual presentation in line with guidelines
  • Talent scout for potential new joiners
Requirements
  • Experience managing and leading a team within a retail environment essential
  • Proven experience overseeing effective and profitable daily operations of a retail store ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity and performance
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a natural flair for making genuine connections with others
  • Ability to excel in a team environment, nurturing and supporting those around you
