Op Shop Supervisor Job Summary

This is a part-time role requiring 30.4 hours per fortnight as an Op Shop Supervisor at our retail outlet.

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and charity retail, with expertise in visual merchandising.

We seek someone experienced in cash handling, register operations, and closing procedures who can confidently lead a team and work independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations of the shop and supervise volunteers.
  • Breathe creative flair into store displays to create visually appealing and contemporary settings.
  • Effectively manage stock and space to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.
