Job Title: People Change Partner
">We are seeking a seasoned People Change Partner to support a large-scale transformation in a Tier 1 Mining organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative HR function and play a pivotal role during a period of significant change and restructure.
]- The ideal candidate will provide generalist HR support across a wide portfolio, including employee relations and case management]
- This may involve coaching and influencing business leaders to support people-related decisions and initiatives
- Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to change and transformation programs, offering insights and practical solutions
- They will interpret and apply HR policies, processes and systems with a shared services mindset
- As a key member of the HR team, they will lead and support internal HR projects related to continuous improvement and standardisation
- The role requires using data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insight to key stakeholders
You're a confident, outcomes-driven HR professional with a strong generalist foundation and a passion for supporting people through change. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and projects.
About the Role: The primary responsibilities of this position include providing HR advice and guidance to business leaders, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements, and leading projects that drive organisational performance. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices.
