Job Overview

As a strategic leader in depot resources, you will contribute to service delivery, evaluation, and improvement while fostering a safe, agile, and high-performing team culture.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction, delivery, and continuous improvement of depot services.
  • Optimise plant allocation and maintenance to support workplan delivery.
  • Provide expert input into business cases for equipment procurement.
  • Manage relationships with Fleet Services to align services with business needs.
  • Champion safety, wellness, and change management across the team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in depot resource coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards.


Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership in plant management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in logistics environments and writing business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
  • Expertise in shared services and business administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Medium Rigid Driver Licence (desirable).
