Job Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about cost management and wants to make a real impact.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a key role in our Cost Management division to strengthen our Canberra based team. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with considerable industry experience and a passion for growing and mentoring teams. They will be responsible for leading existing key client relationships, creating and developing new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow existing key client relationships
  • Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market
  • Be a proactive member of the Canberra senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • 10+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
