Unlock New Horizons as a Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

The Role:

  • You will work with adults and children, providing individualised support and developing positive behaviour plans.
  • As a NDIS registered provider, you will conduct functional behaviour assessments and work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • An intensive induction program will equip you with the necessary skills and resources to succeed, including training from experienced Behaviour Practitioners and allied health professionals.
  • Ongoing supervision, training, and support from our experienced team ensure you feel valued and supported in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work effectively with adults and children of various presentations.
  • To develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • To conduct functional behaviour assessments and identify client needs.
  • To collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (core/proficient/advanced or specialist level) or willingness to obtain.
  • Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
