Position Overview

As a mobile Podiatrist (available for part-time or full-time roles) serving the Brisbane area, you will benefit from working with an organization that prioritizes employee well-being and offers a flexible work-life balance. We maintain a manageable number of consultations each day to ensure that you can deliver exceptional foot care, education, and assessments to your patients, fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and evaluations of foot and lower limb conditions
  • Perform diabetic foot health assessments
  • Contribute to the chronic disease management plans of patients
  • Provide footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, their families, and caregivers
  • Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as necessary
  • Conduct biomechanical assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including inventory management and equipment maintenance, along with daily reporting and handovers.

Candidate Profile

This position requires a qualified Podiatrist who is fully registered with AHPRA. While not mandatory, a minimum of one year of experience in community or aged care settings is preferred. As a mobile Podiatrist, you should be comfortable traveling to various client locations and must provide your own vehicle.
