About the Role

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a skilled Gaming Operations Capability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering gaming operations training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare training materials and facilitate training sessions with the gaming operations team
  2. Regularly promote compliance with all Star Entertainment Group policies and procedures
  3. Ensure all relevant statutory, regulatory, industry standards are met
  4. Build strong network and stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  5. Provide leadership and act as a mentor for gaming operations team members

Requirements

  • Knowledge of gaming operations
  • Previous experience coordinating and leading large teams
  • Demonstrated passion for exceptional guest service
  • Prior Learning and Development experience
  • Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels in both written and verbal communication

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in L&D and will be passionate about providing memorable guest experiences. Thriving on building strong relationships, you will be confident in your written and verbal communication. Your proficiency using Microsoft Office and flexible availability will see you preparing training materials and facilitating training sessions. You will also have great time management and confidence coordinating and leading teams.
