Position: Casual Newsagent Staff Location: Brisbane CBD

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner
- Lottery Sales
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Stock and replenish newspapers, magazines, and other merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated with the latest news, trends, and developments in the industry

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5 pm
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required
- Knowledge of current lottery and translink a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
