We are seeking Personal Support Professionals to join our team.

Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to provide personalised care and support tailored to the unique needs and goals of individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by delivering high-quality support services, assisting clients in their daily living activities, promoting community integration, and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
  • Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
  • Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong availability to work a variety of shifts through out the week.
  • Passion about human rights and creating positive change.
  • An empathetic and compassionate approach, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
  • An enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
  • Current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
