About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents in their homes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet clients' unique needs and preferences
  • Working closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV Ageing and/or Certificate IV Disability
  • Experience working in aged care or disability support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Schedule:

  • Multiple shift patterns available to provide work-life-balance
  • Full Time, Part time or Casual contracts
  • Shifts: 7am (Morning shift), 2:45pm (Afternoon shift), 9:30pm (Overnight shifts)

  • Driver Licence and own transport (required)
