**About the Role:**

This casual Front of House role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a busy restaurant setting. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests;
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering and serving of food and beverages;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve smooth service delivery and meet sales targets;
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing situations and priorities.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry (food and beverage service);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team;
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash transactions;
- High school diploma or equivalent; and
- Valid Australian work authorization.
