Cosmetic Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant beauty team. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop your product knowledge across a broad portfolio of innovative products.

Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and selling skills to drive sales and meet targets. You will also work closely with our Counter Managers and Fragrance Consultants to develop and implement strategies to increase our client base.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have inspirational customer service and selling skills, experience in generating customer loyalty and maintaining a strong client base, as well as extensive beauty product knowledge and qualifications within the beauty industry.

  • Possess a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously develop your knowledge and skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
