Clinical Therapist Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Specialist to join our team in providing clinical leadership and expert guidance to support the needs of children and young people.
This role is unique as it blends direct care with systemic support, requiring collaboration with internal teams, external professionals, and community resources to integrate therapeutic approaches at every level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapy and experience working with children and young people who have complex needs. They will be responsible for developing personalized therapeutic plans that empower these individuals to build resilience and strengthen their emotional capacities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the development and timely review of Therapeutic Assessment Reports for each child and young person.
- Providing secondary consultation concerning mental health needs in collaboration with the Area Manager, program staff, and regional services.
- Planning and implementing interventions to engage families, communities, and young people in relational repair and increased family/community connection.
