**Operational Planning Manager Role Summary**

This role is responsible for aligning sales, operations and re-manufacturing routines to ensure smooth business operations, maximizing efficiencies and profitability.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing holistic operational plans that integrate demand, supply and financial planning into a forward-thinking view based on input from various teams.

  1. Develop comprehensive operational plans that incorporate insights from sales, manufacturing, distribution and finance teams.
  2. Review forecast demand versus actual demand to understand trends and report accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with scheduling and re-manufacturing teams on significant forecast or capacity changes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Drive continuous improvement of S&OP processes through data-driven measurement, control and plan accuracy.
  5. Lead supply chain optimization processes to mitigate costs and maximize service levels, utilizing capacity simulation processes to support growth.
  6. Coordinate, facilitate and document all processes and meetings associated with S&OP.
