Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional services through design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM as required by the project.
- Provide industry-specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution implementations, extensions, and upgrades.
- Lead functional design best practices for digital projects.
- Write functional specifications and help write User Stories for Dynamics 365 engagements.
- Be accountable for defined work assignments/projects.
- Support functional resources in workshops and proof of concepts/pilots implementations.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and demos.
- Extensive experience in customization, configuration, extension, and functional design of Dynamics CE Customer Service and Sales. Marketing/Customer Insights a bonus.
- Strong experience in D365 professional services delivery and hands-on, documented experience of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Experience producing functional artefacts to communicate an understanding of the organisation's current state and their target business and ICT architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with strong ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
