Job Description

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our Community Care team. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will work on implementing the Community Care solution and lead technical assessments, solution design, and implementation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deliver tailored Community Care solutions supported by Azure and Power Platform.
  • Lead technical assessments, solution design, and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops with providers to understand their needs and configure the community care solution to align to their business requirements.
  • Deliver training to customers on the Community Care solution and Azure functions, typically through a train the trainer model.
  • Install and configure Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and other components for the successful installation of the Community Care solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to providers in their digital transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect).
  • Extensive technical experience and hands-on expertise in several of the following Microsoft products or technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CE configuration.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory).
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse (Common Data Service), Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Service, Custom Connectors, AI Builder
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with Australian healthcare sector standards, regulations, and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
