As a System and IoT Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative IoT solutions with meaningful impact on businesses across energy, buildings, and industrial sectors.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and create effective IoT solutions.
  • You will participate in the entire lifecycle of IoT solution development, including system design, hardware integration, data stream management, and implementing algorithms.
  • You will collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure deployed solutions are repeatable, reliable, secure, and meet customer-specific performance benchmarks.
  • You will articulate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders within the team and among client organisations.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert in IoT technologies, cyber security, networking, and solution architecture.
  • You will rapidly diagnose, reproduce, and fix technical issues in deployed systems.
  • You will proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks that could impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.
  • You will prepare and review internal and external documentation, including system architecture diagrams and customer guides.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in Linux system administration, including system setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • You possess strong foundational knowledge in networking principles and technologies.
  • You are familiar with platforms such as Docker and have hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell.
