This project will offer you the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to map the current Navy Operational Data landscape and provide valuable insights for improvement.

The successful Service Provider will be expected to present their findings to NI&IW and NMCP based on the final report.

As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients transform their data management practices. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.

To support these requirements, the ODM Scoping Study will follow a structured methodology comprising four key steps: initial assessment, classification and categorisation, documentation and mapping, and finally, recommendations and forward roadmap.
