Clinical Research Associate 2

Are you a science enthusiast with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate 2 who can contribute to the success of our studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to ensure study objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify suitable study subjects.
  • Provide comprehensive training and maintain open communication channels with sites.
  • Evaluate and enhance site practices to guarantee compliance with protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor all aspects of the study, from regulatory submissions to data query resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and all site documents are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive project execution and achieve success.
Requirements:
  • A degree in life sciences or healthcare (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 18 months of on-site independent monitoring experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Extensive knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tools (iPhone/iPad).
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
