Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Legal Adviser to develop legally accurate and plain language information resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating content on workplace relations topics, including website pages and educational materials.
  • Building a legal toolkit with interactive tools and resources.
  • Researching and reviewing content for accuracy and alignment with legislative changes.
  • Providing specialist advice on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety, and workplace respect.
  • Drafting high-quality documents, reports, and policy submissions.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law.
  • Relevant experience in a legal or policy setting.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create inclusive content.
  • Strong research skills and project management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in workplace relations, commercial law, and anti-discrimination law, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
