Environmental Law Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Law Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in land and environment court litigation, including advice on planning instruments, development contributions, and environmental law compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing advice to clients. They will also work closely with our Planning & Environment team to deliver high-quality results.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent legal research and written skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need a strong understanding of environmental law and policy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and advices on environmental law matters
  • Conducting research and analysis on environmental law and policy
  • Providing advice to clients on environmental law matters
  • Working closely with the Planning & Environment team to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in land and environment court litigation
  • Strong understanding of environmental law and policy
  • Excellent legal research and written skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team
