Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join this dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, conducting financial analysis, preparing client presentations, and driving strategic insights for our transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and capital raising transactions.
  • Conduct detailed company, industry, and market research to support investment recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
  • Support the due diligence process for live deals and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze financial statements and assess company performance.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to execute transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
