Job Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with injuries to return to work by utilizing recruitment and career development skills.
  • Establish relationships with employers and organizations to generate suitable job opportunities for clients.
  • Engage with the local community to identify employment prospects.
  • Market subsidized programs to incentivize employers to consider clients for employment.
  • Meet face-to-face with clients to build their confidence and independence in job-seeking skills.
  • Liaise with and influence hiring managers on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria.
  • Prepare clients for interviews.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience supporting disadvantaged job seekers with new employment.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, team attitude, and positive approach.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills (professional fluency).
  • Experience working in Disability Employment Services would be desirable.
  • A professional network within your local area would be highly regarded.
  • An unrestricted driver's license (own vehicle required).
