Charity Services Officer

We are seeking a Charity Services Officer to join the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) in Melbourne CBD.
As a Charity Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and business support to various teams within the ACNC. This includes customer service, records management, and data verification across multiple sources.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve workplace issues by referring to procedures and protocols, and providing advice and support for administrative and business activities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the ACNC, depending on work priorities, and may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support to ACNC stakeholders
- Manage records and data across multiple sources
- Verify data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with resolving workplace issues and providing advice and support
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in administrative or business support roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
