We are seeking highly skilled Bartenders to provide excellent customer service, high-quality products, and bring that spark to the Fridays family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our loyalty program to customers and enhance their experience
• Create high-quality drinks using your expertise and pride
• Deliver exceptional bar etiquette while serving guests
• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Upsell and suggest sell to increase revenue
• Follow steps of service to ensure seamless delivery
• Embed a customer-first culture and prioritize guest satisfaction
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Verify customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly
• Support the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks
• Maintain a high level of guest focus and deliver an excellent experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations to ensure safety and quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential
• A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach combined with excellent service standards
• Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
• Eligibility to work in Australia
