Mixology Expert

We are seeking a talented Mixology Expert to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks that exceed our guests' expectations.

As a Mixology Expert, your primary responsibility will be to create and serve innovative cocktails that showcase our signature style. You will work closely with our chefs and other team members to ensure seamless execution of our menu items and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Craft high-quality drinks that meet or exceed our standards
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner

To succeed as a Mixology Expert, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of mixology principles, techniques, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
