The Role:

• Promote our loyalty program and create memorable experiences for customers
• Mix high-quality drinks that exceed expectations
• Deliver exceptional bar etiquette while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Suggest and upsell drinks to enhance the guest experience
• Follow our steps of service to ensure seamless execution
• Operate in a customer-first culture, always putting the guest first
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess customer needs and preferences to make tailored recommendations
• Verify customer identification and confirm eligibility to purchase alcohol
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Support the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks
• Nurture a world-class guest experience through attentive service
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Create signature cocktails that delight our guests

About You:

• Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential
• A fun, engaging, and customer-oriented approach, combined with excellent service standards
• Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team environment
• Eligibility to work in Australia

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
