About the Role

This position is located in the Outer Western suburbs of Sydney and will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, research, and preparation of property sales and data, as well as report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Working with our best-in-market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to minimize their time in the field while maximizing reporting data capture.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus include maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking a flexible API registered Property Valuer with established RPV or newly acquired CPV Residential Valuation skills. You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • • Must be API registered
  • • CPV status or RPV
  • • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
