We are seeking a highly skilled Property Risk Analyst to join our team at Alt X Group. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our property research and loan writing capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on property values using industry-leading tools such as RP Data, Cordells, and Google Earth.
  • Review and critically analyze external valuation reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry to gather valuable insights and information.
  • Collaborate with directors to discuss findings and substantiate views on property valuations.
  • Prepare and present well-researched reports to the credit committee and investors.
Requirements
  • A valuer qualification and background in the property or finance sectors.
  • A passion for the property sector and a self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with real estate agents and other stakeholders.
  • Strong report-writing skills and the ability to form conclusions based on imperfect information.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft suite of products.
