About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at our Canberra Outlet store. As a key leadership role, you will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and improve customer engagement

About You

  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving outstanding store sales
  • You have previous experience in a retail sales environment and a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
  • You are a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
