We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Sydney.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious leader to guide high-performing pastry production teams in world-class kitchens, drive efficiency and consistency, and foster a positive engaged team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily Back of House operations to meet production schedules and maintain product quality
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold standards
- Coordinate with management on rostering, stock and workflow organization
- Drive efficiency, consistency, and a positive engaged team culture
- Contribute hands-on to pastry production — with lamination and baking skills highly regarded
- Proven leadership experience in a production kitchen or similar environment
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to long-term growth
