Job Opportunity: Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled service technician to join our team in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window and door servicing, with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Action daily runs driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelines
  • Carry out service, measure, rework, refit, removal, reinstall products and parts
  • Trouble shoot technical issues for resolution
  • Maintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle
  • Collection of COD balances where required

Requirements:

  • Previous window and door servicing experience is an advantage
  • High standard of workmanship
  • Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measure
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow safe and compliance work practices
