
Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver customer excellence and manage the Order to Cash cycle with precision and care.
About the Role- Purchase Order Management: Validating and accurately entering customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Performance and Productivity: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and daily/weekly order processing quotas while maintaining high levels of service quality and accuracy.
- Order Confirmation and Updates: Verifying order details and proactively communicating updates such as backorder notifications and shipment changes through Esker to ensure customer transparency.
- Backorder Management: Regularly generating and reviewing back-order reports to identify potential delays. Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving non-order-related inquiries with professionalism and urgency, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Inbound Call Handling: Managing incoming customer calls with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising with logistics providers to coordinate deliveries, request Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates, and obtain Proof of Delivery documentation.
