Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager to lead the development and execution of merchandise strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building merchandise plans that optimise sales and margins.
  • Forecasting demand and analysing sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Partnering with buying, design, and marketing teams to deliver strong seasonal assortments.
  • Monitoring inventory and managing replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Presenting insights and financials to senior leadership.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry and competitor activity to inform product direction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management (fashion strongly preferred).
  • Extensive experience with style boards.
  • Proven analytical and financial forecasting skills.
  • Experience in inventory optimisation and margin improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.
