Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Service is seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to provide advanced level Psychology services on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

  • Delivers individualised and group clinical care based on professional training reflecting current ethical clinical practice as required.
  • Provides comprehensive assessment and care planning, monitoring consumer progress and adjusting treatment accordingly for complex management.
  • Liaises with the multi-disciplinary team to promote effective communication, including verbal and written feedback to referring professionals.
  • Complies with legal and ethical responsibilities to consumers, colleagues, and staff, maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing group programs and individual therapy to child, adolescent, and adult consumers presenting with diverse concerns, demonstrating clinical leadership skills and ability to undertake quality improvement activities.

Applicants must possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology and current registration with the relevant regulatory body. Experience running groups and providing individual therapy using evidence-based approaches such as DBT and Schema-Focused Therapy is highly valued.
