Event Marketing and Partnerships Lead

The Event Marketing and Partnerships Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and event marketing initiatives. This dynamic role is responsible for maximising the performance, volume, visibility, and profitability of company brands within a defined set of customers in the Sport, Events, and Entertainment arena.
The success of this role will be measured by the effectiveness of sponsorship, brand visibility, incremental volume, and profitability of sponsorship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple functions across the business to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Provide comprehensive account management services to each partnership.
- Analyse commercial and marketing opportunities for return on investment.
- Accountability for managing several key customers across various areas.
- Recruit new business opportunities and build relationships within the industry.
- Contribution to Business Unit Trading Profit.
- Strategic Management of Advertising & Promotion and Sponsorship budgets.
- Development of Customer Joint Business Plans and Event Programs.
Success Factors in the Role:
- Commercial acumen with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience in sponsorship roles, including sponsorship agreements and contracts.
- High-level negotiation skills.
