Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reserve Attendant to join our team in Rockingham. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services for parks, reserves, and streetscapes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining parks, reserves, and streetscapes through daily activities such as litter removal, pruning, and mulching
  • Developing and maintaining work programs, preparing maintenance schedules, and safely operating horticultural equipment
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to staff members and apprentices as required

Key Requirements:

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under direction
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in accordance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and industry obligations
  • Experience in the maintenance and safe operation of various parks and gardens related plant and equipment
  • C Class driver's license
  • WHS General Induction for Construction (White Card)
