Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Reserve Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high quality services, facilities and events that meet or exceed community expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining parks, reserves and streetscapes within the City to ensure they remain safe and well-manicured.
  • Making informed decisions regarding technical and operational matters.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff members and apprentices as required.
  • Developing and implementing work programs.
  • Preparing maintenance schedules.
  • Carrying out landscaping, garden refurbishment, pruning, litter removal, fertilising, mowing, mulching and general garden/turf maintenance tasks.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in accordance with WHS and industry obligations.
  • Experience in maintaining and operating various parks and gardens related plant and equipment.
  • C Class driver's licence.
  • WHS General Induction for Construction (White Card).
