We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Recovery & Health team as a Senior Claims Partner. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in shaping recovery solutions that drive exceptional customer service standards.

Your responsibilities will include managing a strategically important portfolio of complex claims, delivering tailored support to injured team members through regular meetings and milestone reviews. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Workplace Relations, and the broader My Recovery and Health teams to deliver integrated people-first solutions.

As a Senior Claims Partner, you will engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including unions, HR, medical professionals, and operational leaders. Your experience applying industry best practice models and leading innovative projects that improve injury management outcomes will be highly valued.
