Job Title: Claims Professional

  • Process claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providers.
  • Manage claims using external and internal specialists to achieve settlement outcomes effectively.
  • Enhance your technical expertise through professional development and training where required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with a supportive approach.
  • A passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
  • An engaging phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks.
