Commercial Roofing Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our commercial roofing projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding results, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial roofing and project management.

About the Role:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the roofing industry
  • Over 5 years of commercial roofing experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • QLD driver's license
  • Valid Australian work visa or Australian residency/citizenship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leading hands, roofers, and contractors
  • Supervise the whole roofing process from handover to completion
  • Sign ITPs where required
  • Supervise and organize subcontractors when needed
  • Assist with planning labor requirements for upcoming projects
  • Oversight of site setup and completion
  • Write SWMS and JSA as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with other trades
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Resolve site disputes
  • Ensure OH&S compliance
  • Read plans, scope of works, and specs
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate logistics and work with suppliers
