Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane City, QLD, for a Roofing Supervisor. The Roofing Supervisor will oversee and manage quality control, and ensuring safety standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members, managing supplies and equipment, communicating with clients, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise on-site and will be working closely with our Projects Manager. The role requires leadership, high level of technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications
  • Experience in metal re-roofing, roof installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
