Job Title: Financial Support Assistant

The role of a Financial Support Assistant is to provide day-to-day accounting services, ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and reports. This position will involve managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, handling payroll, and preparing monthly financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with daily bookkeeping and accounting software
  • A methodical and organized approach to ensure timely preparation of reports
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, although flexibility to work four days per week is also negotiable. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 4-8 weeks.
