Project Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead our Asphalt & Resurfacing operations in the Melbourne Metro region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in asphalt and resurfacing operations.
  • Proven track record of managing project budgets and reviewing financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent planning and scheduling skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Firm commitment to safety, value for money, and efficiency.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects across Asphalt & Resurfacing operations.
  • Coordinating with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting project progress to stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
